Service Delivery Engineer — Tier 3 (Dallas)
Resolve complex technical issues, support critical infrastructure, mentor junior engineers, and serve as a trusted advisor for K3 clients in Dallas.
Key Responsibilities:
- •Resolve escalated technical issues and high-priority network, server, and security incidents
- •Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned clients and help shape IT roadmaps
- •Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians through advanced troubleshooting
- •Contribute to upgrades, cloud migrations, infrastructure optimization, and documentation
- •Audit client environments to improve security, efficiency, and recurring-issue prevention
Requirements:
- •Extensive IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment
- •Advanced troubleshooting across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, servers, and cloud environments
- •Experience with tools such as HaloPSA, NinjaRMM, SonicWall, and advanced networking platforms
- •Strong client communication, documentation, ownership, and mentoring skills
- •Certifications such as Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, or security are helpful
Support Engineer I — Bilingual (Dallas)
Be the first point of contact for Dallas clients, triage service requests, support users in English and Spanish, and resolve technical issues with clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- •Categorize, prioritize, and assign incoming support tickets based on urgency
- •Fulfill service requests such as password resets, account unlocks, software installs, and peripheral setup
- •Troubleshoot email, printer, network, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, workstation, and MacOS issues
- •Set up new employees by provisioning accounts, configuring workstations, and assigning permissions
- •Maintain accurate ticket notes, SOPs, knowledge base entries, and client documentation
Requirements:
- •Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required
- •Prior IT support experience required; MSP experience is highly desirable
- •Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, Microsoft 365, MacOS, and basic networking
- •Excellent customer service, conflict-management skills, emotional intelligence, and ownership
- •Relevant Apple, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
Service Delivery Engineer I
Provide multi-tiered technical support for K3 clients, troubleshoot systems and networks, document work clearly, and grow your skills in a Denver-based MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- •Provide technical support for client, server, and stand-alone applications
- •Resolve LAN, WAN, internet, hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and workstation issues
- •Use knowledge bases and technical tools to diagnose and repair client issues promptly
- •Document tickets, client environments, SOPs, knowledge base notes, and special requests
- •Collaborate with team members and escalate issues that may create security or operational risk
Requirements:
- •IT support experience with strong troubleshooting and client-service skills
- •Comfort supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, workstations, servers, networking, and common business applications
- •Ability to document work carefully and follow change-management processes
- •Interest in training, certifications, and professional growth
- •Denver metro availability for hybrid office/client support expectations
Sales Development Representative — Denver
Build K3's outbound engine in Denver by identifying SMB prospects, running outreach, refining the process, and booking qualified discovery calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- •Build and maintain prospect lists targeting SMB owners and executives in K3's ideal customer profile
- •Run outbound outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn, then iterate based on results
- •Book qualified discovery calls for the leadership team and help prospects show up prepared
- •Keep CRM data clean, current, and actionable
- •Report what is working, what is not, and what you are changing without waiting to be asked
Requirements:
- •2-4 years of SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally in managed services, IT, or professional services
- •Documented history of consistently booking qualified meetings
- •Self-sufficient operator who can build structure, lists, and process from scratch
- •Clear, confident communicator with business owners and executives
- •Located in the Denver metro area with ability to work a hybrid schedule
