What do you do at K3 Technology? Junior Support Engineer. The go-to onsite technician. I work closely with clients to understand their concerns and find solutions that work for them. It’s not just about fixing the problem, it’s about making sure everyone feels heard and taken care of. I love collaborating with my colleagues to manage tickets and queues. It’s all about ensuring that we’re delivering the best possible service to our clients and keeping everything running like clockwork.

What do you love about the hybrid work environment? Balance of having options.
What are you most excited about over the next few years? Getting to evolve with K3 as they grow and how I can be a part of it. Would love the opportunity to work with my brother and sister who have a businesses in England. I am excited to have more opportunities traveling and seeing more of the world. Hoping to one day move to the mountains!
Who motivates you? When it comes to motivation, I draw inspiration from a few key people in my life. First and foremost is my mom. She’s been through a lot and seeing her strength and resilience has always inspired me to push myself to be my best. I want to make her proud and show her that her sacrifices and hard work haven’t gone unnoticed. I also find motivation from within. I rely on my own sense of purpose and drive to keep me moving forward, even when things get tough. I know that I have the potential to achieve great things, and I’m constantly pushing myself to reach my goals. Finally, my brother is someone who I look up to and admire greatly. He’s achieved a lot of success in his career and seeing his accomplishments motivates me to reach that same level of success. Knowing that he believes in me and supports me in my own journey is incredibly inspiring.

What do you do for fun? Huge nerd. Enjoy PC gaming. My partner started getting into gaming and I truly love seeing how much she enjoys it. Apex legends is my go-to game. I also enjoy traveling and learning about the fascinating cultures of other countries.
If you could go anywhere, where would it be? Japan, would love to go to Tokyo. See the Anime at Universal.

What is your favorite aspect about the Technology Industry? What I love most about the technology industry is the constant evolution and innovation. There’s always something new to learn and master, and it keeps me engaged and excited about the work that I do. With each new development, there’s a new challenge to tackle and a new opportunity to push the boundaries of what we can accomplish. I’m also fascinated by the impact that technology has on our daily lives. From the way we communicate and connect with one another to the way we work and solve complex problems, technology has transformed the way we live and work in countless ways. In particular, I’m excited about the advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. The potential for these technologies to revolutionize industries and solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges is truly inspiring. It’s amazing to see how far we’ve come, and I’m excited to be a part of shaping the future of technology.
What advice would you provide to someone interested in the tech field? First and foremost, patience is key. Working in tech often involves troubleshooting and problem-solving, which can sometimes be frustrating and time-consuming. It’s important to approach these challenges with a calm and methodical mindset, and to be willing to put in the time and effort needed to find the solution. At the same time, curiosity is an essential trait for anyone looking to succeed in the tech industry. You should have a genuine passion for exploring new ideas and learning about emerging technologies. This drive and hunger to find the full solution will not only help you tackle complex problems, but also keep you engaged and excited about your work.
How have you found our company culture to be? One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to collaborate and ask for help. Everyone on the team is incredibly supportive and always willing to lend a hand or share their expertise. It creates a really positive and productive environment, where everyone feels valued and supported. Another aspect of the culture that I enjoy are the team events. It’s always great to come together as a group and participate in fun activities or just hang out and get to know each other better. It really helps to build a sense of camaraderie and foster strong working relationships. In addition, I love the opportunities we have to give back to our community through volunteering. It’s inspiring to see how committed our company is to making a positive impact, and it’s a great way to bond with my colleagues while also making a difference.
