What do you do at K3 Technology?
I am a Support Engineer. My job is to help users with any tech problems they contact K3 with.
Where are you from originally?
I am originally from a small harbor town called Kewaunee in Wisconsin.
What do you love about the hybrid work environment?
I love that part of the day I get to work wrapped in a blanket with a cat in my lap.
What are you most excited about over the next few years?
I am excited to get settled down in Colorado and make some local friends. I only moved to Colorado last May.
Who motivates you?
My sister is my main motivator. We’ve always been really close, and we are currently roommates. She is very different from me, but I think that’s why we get along so well.

What do you do for fun?
Outside of technical hobbies like coding and video games, I also enjoy sewing and reading.
If you could go anywhere, where would it be?
I would love to go somewhere with bioluminescent water. I just think it’s kinda neat.
Favorite restaurant in the world?
My favorite restaurant used to be a korean/mexican fusion place called Burrigato, but it has unfortunately closed down.
What is your favorite aspect about the Technology Industry?
I like that it is constantly changing and evolving. It is difficult to get bored when there’s always something new on the horizon.
What advice would you provide to someone interested in the tech field?
Even if you feel that you don’t fit the stereotypical “tech guy”, there is a place for you in the tech field. So much of what we do in tech is troubleshooting and problem solving, so new and different perpectives are both helpful and welcome!
How have you found our company culture to be?
The company culture at K3 is pretty relaxed. There isn’t a strict dress code, and people are happy to joke around a little. Everyone is also super nice.
Favorite books/reading material/websites?
My favorite book is The Name of The Wind by Patrick Rothfuss.
