What do you do at K3 Technology? My official title is Senior Solutions Engineer Manager, but I am involved in most aspects of K3.
Where are you from originally? I grew up in Colorado.
What do you love about the hybrid work environment? The hybrid work environment provides flexibility for me to be available for my family and helps create a positive work/life balance.
What are you most excited about over the next few years? For K3, it is growing and becoming a successful MSP. Personally, it’s getting to see my kids grow up.
Who motivates you? I am motivated by my family. I want to provide and be there for them. I want to be a good role-model for my kids and help them navigate life by showing them hard work and kindness are important.

What do you do for fun? I enjoy watching my oldest son play hockey. I love playing with my three children. I also like to design and 3D print stuff like puzzle boxes, Halloween costumes, and occasionally something useful for my wife. I have fun working with my wife on house remodel projects as well.
If you could go anywhere, where would it be? I would love to travel through space and visit other planets and stars.
Favorite restaurant in the world? Without kids, I would say Shanahan’s has some pretty amazing steaks. With kids, McDonalds, the most popular family restaurant in the world.
What is your favorite aspect about the Technology Industry? Innovation. The ideas born from human ingenuity has made the world an incredible place. Learning and understanding are the paths to advancement.
What advice would you provide to someone interested in the tech field? Don’t be afraid to break things. Learning what NOT to do is as important as knowing what to do.
How have you found our company culture to be? Our company culture is young but is very welcoming and supportive. We want everyone to succeed. We also have a lot to learn.
